In Choate Hamlet, the wife and daughter Penny Choate of Tyler Choate face violent forced demolition by Tiger Tate. A criminal syndicate, backed by Patrick Chandler, Director Shaw, and Director Quinn, seizes their house with low compensation. Penny's mother is injured. Penny calls her father's comrade Mason Lennox for help, but the call is hung up.
