Someone receives a message from a stranger. It predicts a cup will break, which happens, then the recipient's terrible fate. The sender suggests the killer might be a roommate. Hidden bullying and victim's stealing are revealed. Later, his phone receives another message: the killer was discovered to be an off-campus personnel; history changed by his intervention. Further inquiry reveals the off-campus personnel is the victim's brother. The dorm atmosphere is tense.
