In her past life, Elvira Lane was branded the "Scarlet Tyrant." Caught in a power struggle for the throne, she was framed by a conspiracy involving the Vampire Council, the Church, and the elders of her own clan. Ultimately, she was assassinated by the "Hunter King" Seran and entombed within a crystal coffin beneath the moonlight. A century later, realizing he had been manipulated by lies, Seran spent a hundred years guarding her coffin, consumed by profound remorse. Then, the moonlight reversed, and Elvira was reborn—three days before the commencement of the "Seven Nights" royal succession trials. Upon her rebirth, Elvira uncovered a plot by the clan elder, August, to strip her of her royal bloodline inheritance through a political marriage contract; she tore up the agreement in public, severing ties with the Council of Elders. Simultaneously, she discovered that her seemingly docile younger sister, Lilith, was actually a "vessel for holy blood" planted by the Church. Elvira resolved to follow the trail, determined to uncover the truth behind the false accusations that had ruined her in her previous life. Seran, who had also been reborn—retaining the memories of his century spent guarding her coffin—arrived as an overseer for the Church. Bound by a "silence curse" that prevented him from revealing the truth of their past, he could only offer his deep, aching regret. Recognizing that he was not the mastermind, Elvira chose to keep him by her side in the Rose Tower. During the Seven Nights trials, Elvira awakened the lingering spirits of ancient Blood Knights, rectified the distorted history, and forged alliances with various factions. Piece by piece, the truth emerged: the massacre she had been blamed for was entirely fabricated. In reality, it was her sister Lilith—manipulated by the Church and eventually consumed by darkness—who had opened the Gate of Calamity. In the end, Elvira exposed the truth, settled old scores, and sealed the Gate of Calamity. Recognized by the Thirteen Clans as the "Scarlet Queen," she shattered the crystal coffin to forge a new kingdom of the night. Seran, having turned against the Church, became her co-ruler and the commander of her frontier forces.
