When the entire global population is transported to a wasteland survival scenario, Nolan Bennett is betrayed and killed by his ex-girlfriend Vivian Hayes and rival Jasper Cole. Reborn, he awakens the Divine Critical Hit System. He rejects others' Moral Coercion, quickly upgrades his Survival Shelter, and meets his rational teammate Katherine Grant.
