To find the retired racing god Chase Zhang, the Velocity Racing team comes to Springcrest Mountain, only to discover that the man delivering tofu under the alias 'Toby' is their target. Toby quit racing after missing his mother's final moments, hiding his identity while working at a tofu shop and a car repair shop. To protect his friend Milo, he easily deals with the provocateur Hu Ba and later stuns the racer Lee Yi with a breathtaking overtake on his morning descent down the mountain.
