Fatal Trust

Arthur, the powerful administrator of Vance Family Trust and a brilliant top architect, finds out his wife Evelyn is having an affair with her assistant Julian. The pair embezzle trust money and steal Arthur’s landmark Centennial Waterfront design. After catching them red-handed at Waldorf Astoria and recording footage, Arthur gathers his allies: board member Victoria, lawyer Rosa and CFO Chad to fight back. When he stumbles on Evelyn and Julian’s intimate scene at home, he destroys his design models in rage. Desperate to stop Arthur from the bidding contest, Evelyn hires kidnappers, but Arthur anticipates the trap and subdues them. At the tender event, Arthur exposes Julian’s plagiarism by asking him to draw the critical structural blueprint live. Evelyn tries to fabricate proof with a stolen medal, yet the building developer Marcus testifies against her lies. Julian is disqualified, and Evelyn loses her trustee status immediately. Evelyn launches a smear campaign through journalist Megan, unaware Megan is Chad’s girlfriend. She also tries to steal 1000 ounces of gold from their shared vault, only to find stones instead. The court convicts Evelyn of fraud, embezzlement, soliciting kidnapping and more. She gets 12 years in prison with zero assets. After release from the villa, Evelyn finds Julian has dumped her for another woman. Arthur relocates to Long Island. Two outstanding women confess their love to him. Behind bars, Evelyn breaks down watching Arthur’s victory on TV, while Arthur struggles to choose between the two admirers.
