After refusing a king’s forced proposal, noblewoman Aveline Hartfell is exiled with her family to the frozen North, a land the kingdom believes no one can survive. Instead of surrendering, she learns to fish, hunt, build shelter, store food, and protect the forgotten people around her. As the North slowly becomes a home, Aveline rises from a condemned woman into a leader her people choose for themselves. This is a female-led medieval fantasy drama about survival, dignity, community, and earning power through courage rather than birth.
