Sia secretly married Toby for three years, working as a head nurse to support her husband. However, Toby conspired with his stepsister Luna to suppress her, nearly causing the death of a patient on the operating table while trying to pick Luna up. When Sia discovered Luna had taken credit for her "Cure" surgery, she chose to confront her. With Aslan's help, Sia regained her shares in Rose Medical and exposed Luna's crimes. Ultimately, Sia's mother was kidnapped, and Aslan sacrificed himself to protect her, leading to a happy ending for the two. Toby was filled with remorse and died alone.
