Penniless art student Malissa is forced to marry mafia heir Hayden to pay her parents' $500M debt and save her grandmother. On their wedding day, Hayden arrives drunk, rejects her, and swears he only loves his dead fiancée Amelia. Boss Torex gives them 30 days. If both refuse after, all debts are erased. Hayden sets cruel rules, humiliates her, but secretly protects her. Malissa survives Josh's assault, falls off a cliff, and Hayden saves her. At the graveyard, Hayden reveals he lost his brother Harvey and Amelia to the Morettis. Malissa falls for him. When the Morettis attack, she takes a bullet for Hayden. Boss Torex destroys the Morettis and cancels her debts. Hayden proposes for real. Their second wedding is in the same church, but this time is her choice, not a contract.
