In 2004, fisherman Dylan Hale went out to sea on a stormy night to raise the surgery fee for his mother's medical treatment, accidentally fell into the water and gained Deep Sea X-Ray Vision. With the ability to see hundreds of meters under the seabed, he caught high-value seafood, escaped poverty, saved Sophia Sullivan, the heiress of Shenghai Group who was hiding her identity, and the two gradually developed romantic feelings. Faced with repeated robberies by village bully Tiger Walsh and local gangster Lao Liu the Third, Dylan formed a fishing fleet, built cold storage facilities, opened processing factories, and developed aquaculture bases, forming a complete industrial chain. He ultimately led the entire village to get rid of poverty and become wealthy, and married Sophia.
