Seraphina, the Silver Dragon and guardian deity of the kingdom, entrusted the throne and the royal treasury to her husband, Aldric. In return, however, her daughter was left critically injured and on the brink of death by his illegitimate son, and the key to the treasury fell into the hands of his mistress. To seize power, her husband tacitly condoned tyranny that harmed the people and ceded territory. Seraphina bided her time and laid her plans, secretly gathering irrefutable evidence. When her husband set a trap to force her to reveal her true form, she turned the tables on him and killed him. Ultimately, she exiled the traitor and was crowned queen.
