Ethan Brown, the infamous heir to the underworld, is known as the "Devil Incarnate." Rumors say any woman who dares approach him vanishes without a trace, some even whisper he's incapable, until a twist of fate leaves him injured and unconscious, only to cross paths with Cara Smith, a woman cast out by her stepmother.
A night of passion leads to an unplanned pregnancy, forcing Cara to take a risky job at a casino to survive. But when her own father sells her out to the casino's sadistic boss, she has no choice but to drop Ethan's name to protect her unborn child.
Big mistake. The casino kingpin turns out to be Ethan's sworn enemy, and now that he knows she's carrying the crime lord's heir, he's determined to destroy them both.
