Jasper Chen, a young herb collector from Clear Stream Village, was pushed off a cliff by his Uncle Glen. Trapped in a desperate situation, he saved Irene Liu, a spirit snake, and was gifted a white snake bracelet that grants him mountain spirit power. With this supernatural ability, he collects rare medicinal herbs, exposes conspiracies and takes back his family's Traditional Chinese Medicine Shop, freely enters Soulfall Valley to subdue a fierce tiger, discovers an ancient village and jade ore veins. Eventually, he partners with business allies to build three major industries: medicinal herbs, jade, and mountain spring water, drives the entire village to become wealthy through collective shareholding, and grows into a young leader who protects the mountain forest and gives back to his neighbors.
