Cross Automotive, a 30-episode urban sci-fi short drama, centers on 28-year-old mechanic Ethan Cross. Long bullied by his foreman Kevin, betrayed by his best friend Derek and ex Amber, Ethan gets struck by lightning on a stormy night and gains an unlimited free-spending power.
He instantly turns his miserable life around: he buys supercars, takes over the garage that mistreated him, pays off all nursing fees for his grandma and owns luxury Beverly Hills estates. Later, he builds Cross Automotive and promotes his loyal coworker Leo to CEO, taking back everything Derek once had.
Evan also chases Grace, the quiet librarian who cared for him for years. All villains get their due consequences. The series ends with the global debut of their flagship sports car and Ethan’s wedding with Grace, delivering a satisfying rags-to-riches revenge story full of warmth for kind souls.
